Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item. Return requests exceeding this 3-day window will unfortunately not be accepted. The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and sent along with the invoice. Except for defective or incorrect items, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please email us at emretokus@otlook.com.tr with your order number. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Policy Your orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Dispatches are not processed on weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, your orders will reach your address within 5 to 14 days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent via email once your package is on its way.
